Better this morning with some fresh snow on the ground, snow falling from the sky, and both Madarao and Tangram back open.

There's some fresh snow on the ground since yesterday, around 5cm or so, and that is what Madarao is reporting too.

Just a dusting/frosting really this morning and some bright conditions even though there is a lot of cloud still around.

Well, it has started snowing, but it has been a later start than we were expecting. Kind of mixed weather so far early morning, but hopefully the snow will settle in and start to deliver.

Today should be the first day of the season on this mountain, but we need to wait a little longer.

I waited until Madarao made their announcement, and they just have... unfortunately, it will not be able to open as planned on Saturday... more snow is required.

We have snow this morning. Madarao is reporting 14cm and 16cm snow depth from the ski area.

So yes, we got some fresh snow. I have just measured another 7cm, and I see that Madarao (the ski area) is reporting 9cm since yesterday.

It has started snowing this morning and coming down quite nicely at the moment with just a thin layer. Fingers crossed for more today.

There's still a bit of snow around after some falling since my last report. Nice, but we need proper snow.

It's December, and I can just about (just about) open the snowfall account for the season! There is a thin layer of snow around this morning, and it's not enough to completely cover the ground.

So here we are. It's Sunday 3rd April and the last day of the 2021-2022 season for both Madarao Mountain Resort and the connecting Tangram Ski Circus.

Just not it wasn't raining but there was a bit earlier on when I was outside. Rain is due this morning. It's foggy too, with poor visibility, so not particularly nice weather.

We did get some snow yesterday after my report, which was nice, and we start this morning with clearer skies and some sun.
