Morning from Madarao Kogen.
Today should be the first day of the season on this mountain, but we need to wait a little longer.
We are starting this morning with some blue sky and sunshine, but snow is due sometime later on. Forecasts still look good for decent snowfall in the next few days. If that happens, the ski areas should be able to open early week. (That is just my thoughts, not some kind of announcement by the ski areas).
