Some snow last night after a day of (curiously) day of almost clearer weather yesterday. That wasn't quite what we were expecting!

Not a massive amount just yet, but it is snowing and more is due over the next few days. Particularly tonight and tomorrow.

Perhaps we shouldn't always believe forecasts so much... It has to be said, that we were expecting much more.

Tomorrow was supposed to be the opening day for Madarao and Tangram, but unfortunately that isn't happening.

Hello from Madarao. The sun is out. There's blue skies all round. Beautiful morning.

The trees have snow hanging from them, the mountain is covered again (though most of it can't be seen just now) and we have a good layer of snow.

There has been a little snowfall overnight, more on the Madarao side than Tangram, amounting to a few cm in places.

It's Sunday, 2nd April 2023 and the last day of the ski season at Madarao (for both Madarao Mountain Resort and Tangram Ski Circus).

We have blue skies, but we also have fresh snow. This ski area is reporting 20cm of it and proclaiming today as 'the day', as you do.
