Colder this morning and somewhat wet snow is falling at the moment with a thin cover of snow on the ground. Just slightly under 1cm at my measuring point so that's what I'll add to the report.
Hopefully this is the start of more through the day today and tonight, though it does seem that we are going to have clearer skies again over the weekend.
Might next week be the start of the proper snowfall for the season? The forecast shows potential for that with the little snowmen lined up on the local forecasts and snow on the forecasts shown on our pages too. Fingers crossed.
From tomorrow, the Tashiro area of Kagura will open along with the Naeba resort.
Tomorrow is not going to happen for Iwappara and Joetsu Kokusai, but from tomorrow they'll be on standby to open as soon as there is enough snow to do so.

- Almost all of the runs at Kagura and Mitsumata are open; park items by the Kagura Number 1 romance lift.
