Lots more snow to report this morning after a day of snow and heavy snowfall at times in the afternoon.
Yesterday evening I cleared 16cm of snow off the measuring point and this morning there is an additional 20cm on there. So a total of 36cm. That is actually not as much as we were perhaps expecting, but it's still a nice number to be able to report of course.
Kagura are reporting 40cm of fresh snowfall and Maiko Snow Resort are reporting 25cm.
Snow continues to fall this morning and it is forecast to continue through the day, varying from light at times to heavier at others, and easing off by evening.
We might get some sunshine tomorrow which should make it a rather happy Monday morning.
