We did see some of the sun yesterday in the end but we are going to see a lot of it today. Blue skies above Yuzawa and Minamiuonuma early this morning and it will probably stay like that for most of the day.
It is a mild -1C start to the day and likely to warm up to around 4C this afternoon. Without a topup and the recent warmer conditions and that rain/sleet we had, snow isn't in the best of conditions at the moment. Groomers are probably the choice today, unless you want a real thigh workout.
New snow is just around the corner though and we may get some overnight. It should really get going tomorrow though and the forecast is very promising with moderate-heavy snow on Friday and Saturday. It will probably get very windy as well. Looking forward to the new delivery!
