It was raining for most of the morning yesterday, quite heavy at times, though it did ease off in the afternoon and we were left with a cloudy day. It is around 2C this morning in Yuzawa and the sun is out. Some cloud hanging around bit it should be a fine morning here, with temperatures rising to around 7C later on this afternoon.
The only real resort news I can find this morning is that Naeba will continue to keep the Prince Number 2 gondola open during this week as yesteday.
Generally though, while some places are part open, the snow we did have has taken something of a hit and we wait for winter to properly kick in. It still look likely to get colder tomorrow and we will perhaps get some snowfall, though nothing major.
