Snowfall at base this season 788cm
Posted on Saturday 15th March 2014 This is an archived report. The latest Yuzawa Now report can be found here.
Some forecasts still have us down for snow this morning, but looking outside the window now the sun is out and it's a beautiful blue sky morning. A few clouds remaining but mostly clear, blue skies.
A bit of new snow too. Up to around 5cm around town but resorts reporting between that and around 15cm (Kagura). After the rain we had yesterday, that is most welcome and while it won't be enough to fully cover the damage it
The warm up begins tomorrow if the forecasts are correct. Chance of rain/sleet later on in the day tomorrow and then sun again on Monday.
