There was some light snow overnight (I am told!), and there is still cloud in places but we have an increasing amount of blue sky this morning. The sun is making its presence felt but it is nice and cold, so conditions should be excellent.
Looking ahead, clear skies and sunshine are forecast for the first half of the week. We're all hoping that it will remain cold through until the next snow comes (not much on the weekly forecast right now).
The next few days should be particularly good.
