Not as clear this morning with a greyer look to things over Shiga Kogen. Low pockets of cloud in places but generally visibility good and the sun trying to shine through the clouds in places. It's not as cold as we had things yesterday.
Some forecasts tell us there's a chance of snow showers later on, but it probably won't be anything that will deliver us many cm of new snow. Snow is definitely due on Sunday though and through into the New Year.
Things have remained quiet here for the most part but we can expect busier slopes tomorrow with people turning up for their New Year break.
