Some good snow falling this morning in Shiga Kogen. Perhaps 10cm or so to report but definitely more on the cards with the way it is coming down now. A moderately strong wind blowing it all about here in the Maruike area as well, though winds don't seem to be closing down lifts this morning at the moment - but we can probably expect some of the more exposed area lifts to be running at a reduced speed.
Roads are covered in snow but traffic seems to be moving at a decent speed as people arrive for the weekend.
So its snow wind and cold for the day today. Tomorrow looking likely to be calmer.
Enjoy!
