I am happy to report that we have received a decent fall of snow overnight. I'm happy to be able to report approaching 10cm; more or less in places. (I am hearing reports of up to 15-20cm in Shibutoge).
Yesterday, Yokoteyama ski area was saying that it might be able to make an announcement about opening 'within a few days'.
Hopefully this snow overnight will have helped with their upcoming decision!
Clearer skies and sunshine is forecast for tomorrow and the next few days won't be as cold as the weekend has been.
Update: Yokoteyama has announced it now plans to open on Tuesday 26th November.
