Good morning from Shiga Kogen.
Good to see a return to snow this morning too.
Someone I know is telling people this morning that there is up to 30cm of fresh snow out there this morning. Seriously? Which Shiga Kogen is that dude in? I just cannot see that being the case, even if wind is a factor. Kumanoyu are reporting 2cm. Yakebitaiyama are reporting 5cm. Variations across the wide Shiga Kogen region? Absolutely. But up to 30cm!?
Both lack of information at times from official sources and mis-information from people selling the place both push my head towards explosion at times.
/ End mini frustrated rant.
:)
More snow due today and tomorrow night and then around Sunday. So hopefully before too long we will actually see 30cm of fresh on the ground...
