Back here in Nozawa and hearing lots of tales of heroism and epicness from the conditions yesterday. I am itching to get out today and find this all out for myself!
A bit more snow overnight (4cm lower down, 10cm on top Yamabiko) but as most of the lifts start moving for the day the sun is out and we have lovely blue skies over Nozawa.
Decent snowfall is due again tonight and tomorrow but for now and for probably most of the day today it's going to be clear and sunny. Remember the sunscreen.
It should be keeping pretty cold though and hopefully not venturing too much into positive C territory.... and definitely colder again during the day tomorrow.
Time for me to strap on the boots and check out this snow. Hope to see you out there.
