New snowfall at base 4cm
Snowfall at base this season 19cm
Posted on Sunday 5th December 2021 This is an archived report. The latest Nozawa Now report can be found here.
Good morning from Nozawa.
And we have a little fresh snow this morning. 10cm is being reported by the ski area itself and there's a few down at base.
Today should see the early morning clouds clearing and we might get to see some sunshine. And from tomorrow we are going to be having a run of milder days and a mix of sun and rain... probably not much chance of fresh snow. Hopefully some of those times the rain will be snow on the open top areas of the mountain.
It's still early December, so not to worry.
Information checked each morning. All subject to change.
