A very good morning to you from Nozawa.


I am really happy to be able to report 35cm of fresh snowfall on the top Yamabiko area of the resort (as reported by the resort itself) and a nice layer of snow down at base too.


Limited visibility on the upper slopes early morning, but conditions should be good. Take care out there.


More decent snow due tonight after a day of cloud and light snow forecast for the day.


Fresh snowfall recorded by resort since yesterday afternoon:

- Yamabiko (1407m): 35cm

- Uenotaira (1230m): 20cm

- Hikage (660m): -cm

- Nagasaka (615m): 15cm

- Karasawa (563m): -cm
