Morning from Nozawa.
Early report today - I'm off to Nagano city this morning.
Just a small amount of snowfall to report with the resort reporting up to 5cm on upper slopes, and it looks like it will be a fine morning.
Sunny skies are expected tomorrow too, with a return to snowfall from Sunday and into early week.
It should be a good morning!
Fresh snowfall since yesterday (as reported by the resort):
- Yamabiko (1407m): 5cm
- Uenotaira (1230m): 4cm
- Hikage (660m): -cm
- Nagasaka (615m): -cm
- Karasawa (563m): -cm
Official snow depth numbers:
- Yamabiko (1407m): 320cm
- Uenotaira (1230m): 265cm
- Hikage (660m): 200cm
- Nagasaka (615m): 190cm
- Karasawa (563m): 160cm
Lifts operations:
- All scheduled lifts appear to be operating as normal.
- The Yunomine pair, Mizunashi triple, Challenge pair and Utopia pair lifts usually rested on weekdays.
