Morning. It's going to be a good day, I can tell.
After all the snow (that eased off during the day yesterday) there are much clearer skies this morning. It's good and cold and the snow should be in top condition.
No fresh snow being reported from the ski area apart from 4cm at Uenotaira. (Kind of seems a bit odd, but that's what the numbers say as I check them this morning). The snow I am reporting all came yesterday.
A few more courses are now open, so there's only a handful that remain unavailable.
More snow should be falling tomorrow and we can expect some potentially heavy snow once again on Friday.

Fresh snowfall recorded by the ski area (total since yesterday morning):
- Yamabiko (1615m): 0cm (?)
- Uenotaira (1407m): 4cm
- Hikage (660m): 0cm
- Nagasaka (616m): 0cm
- Karasawa (563m): 0cm
Official snow depth numbers (reported by the ski area):
- Yamabiko (1615m): 200cm
- Uenotaira (1407m): 180cm
- Hikage (660m): 135cm
- Nagasaka (616m): 125cm
- Karasawa (563m): 110cm

- Yunomine A
- Mizunashi A
- Kandahar
- Mukobayashi
- Hachiman
- Kamoshika
Planned operating lifts:
- Most lifts are now scheduled to be open, subject to weather conditions.
- The Utopia and Challenge pair lifts are normally rested on weekdays.
- The Nagasaka quad lift is open for night skiing 30th Dec-1st Jan, 8th-9th Jan, 11th-12th Feb.
