A modest amount of snow overnight - dare I say not as much as we expected, again - but it's due to continue over the next few days, so let's look forward to the prospect of it building up quickly.
The ski area is reporting winds of over 20m/s this morning on the top area, so the gondolas are both not opening as planned. This means that, effectively, the ski area is closed at the moment. It will open if and when they are able to.
As we wait and to keep everyone jolly, check out the lovely photo below from the ski area featuring Santa and our good friend, Naski. Naski has this magical ability to cheer people up! Ho ho ho!
