Sunday morning greetings from Nozawa.
Anyone else get to meet Naski yesterday? What a fine vegetable! Bright green, too.
OK so yes, we have around 30cm snowfall at base since yesterday morning and over 50cm being reported up top by the ski area.
Sounds typical Nozawa-y and we are happy.
There is more snow due today and tomorrow, perhaps not huge numbers, to be followed by the clearer skies that the region is going to have from Tuesday onwards.
For now, though, it's still very cold and there's lots of delightfully light fresh snow out there to enjoy.
