Hello from Nozawa on this Saturday morning.

There has been about 20cm of new snowfall since yesterday morning on the upper areas of the mountain, most of that by mid afternoon. Not a whole lot down in lower areas.

Cloudy skies all round early this morning and cloud is what is expected today, maybe some breaks in them if we are lucky. A high temp of about 3C for this afternoon.

Forecasts are still good for moderate to heavy snowfall from later tomorrow through at least Tuesday along with colder conditions.

Have a good Saturday.
