Hello from Nozawa Onsen.
It has been a very fine morning here.
Some snow since yesterday, with the ski area reporting another 10cm yesterday and 4cm overnight.
And! We are going to very probably get more fresh snow tomorrow. I do wonder if that might well be the last, as it looks like Thursday onwards is going to be sunny for at least several days.
But who knows. (Not even the ever-wise Naski knows).
Fresh snowfall since yesterday morning as reported by the ski area:
Yamabiko: 10+4cm
Uenotaira: 6+5cm
Hikage: 4+?cm
Nagasaka: 4+3cm
Karasawa: 4+?cm
Official snow depth numbers (reported by the ski area):
Yamabiko: 350cm
Uenotaira: 300cm
Hikage: 225cm
Nagasaka: 230cm
Karasawa: 145cm

The Utopia pair lift and Challenge pair lift are normally closed on weekdays
