Hello everyone.
There's snow on our mountain!
The webcams show a layer of covering the top Yamabiko slopes, Uenotaira and down to at least Paradise. No snow down to lower areas yet.
Nozawa Onsen hopes to be able to open on Saturday 26th November. That is now just 10 days away.
We don't need snow on lower areas for the top area to open, of course, and we'll just have to see what the weather brings over the next week.
It does look like we can expect slightly warmer temps over the next few days and a fair share of sunshine too.
