New snowfall at base 5cm

Morning from Nozawa.
There's fresh snow on the ground. Around 5cm in base areas and 10cm is being reported by the resort up at the top Yamabiko area. As I write the report this morning light snow is falling and snow is still forecast for today, tomorrow and perhaps into Thursday as well. After that look to Sunday for a promising cold front moving in that should bring some decent snowfall.
