New snowfall at base 5cm
Snowfall at base this season 919cm

Posted on Friday 11th February 2022 This is an archived report. The latest Nozawa Now report can be found here.

Some snow since yesterday, not a huge amount. There was some clearer skies earlier on but now it's cloudy skies - there's even the chance of some light snow during the day. Currently it is -2C in the village and -6C up top.

It's a national holiday meaning it's the first day of a long weekend.

The third photo today shows Naski getting ready for the morning. It feels a bit naughty seeing Naski in such a condition, I think they should turn off the webcam for a few moments to protect their privacy at these times.
