Snowfall at base this season 268cm

Good morning!
A pink sun is rising on the beautifully white trees and peaks of Naeba! The pistes will be fresh and fun this morning, due to the 16cm of fresh snow which fell throughout yesterday day time. However, expect the clouds to be pushing back in this morning and conditions descending into a heavy snow storm by sunset. Perhaps we are just pausing in the eye of the storm.
The forecast for the week indicates the heaviest snow will be falling this afternoon and tonight, however despite "Storm Claudia" easing off tomorrow morning, the snow will continue to fall until Friday. Along with this snow, a strong wind could affect skiers using the upper lifts of the resort, so please take care when cruising around Naeba over the next 48 hours. Temperatures are expected to plummet to well below 0°C tonight, and not raise above -7°C at the base.
Cracking!
