Good morning and Happy Christmas from a very snowy Naeba! It looks like "Storm Claudia" has blown into town, bringing with her some snow! Cloud is blowing in and out of the valley currently, with visibility coming and going. Due to strong winds at the top of the mountain, the Dragondola and Takenokodaira lifts are on hold for the time being. It is a little gusty out there with low visibility so please do be care on your Christmas ski today.
The forecast indicates that we should expect 7cm snow throughout today, meaning we will have to wait for the heaviest snowfall of the storm, which is expected to come on Tuesday night and through to Wednesday. "Claudia" is expected to stick around until Friday, so there should be plenty of snow to come.
Happy Christmas!
