New snowfall at base 33cm
Snowfall at base this season 408cm
Posted on Friday 6th January 2017 This is an archived report. The latest Myoko Now report can be found here.
Nice snowfall continued through the day into the morning today.
It's tapered off now, with some fog replacing the snow (although, a quick glance out the window is showing very, very fine snow continues to fall). The weather report is for sun today, and it did get a bit brighter occasionally during the morning snow clearing rituals. It does require faith; today the peetah - the local name for snowthrowers - decided to turn off the joystick controlling the direction of the snow blast....
Back to the Beat poets and the Buddha nature of machines... Sorry, I've been up since early morning doing my mechanical snow study.
