Rain overnight (at least that's what it sounded like, dripping from roof to roof).
Tiny ice crystals falling now, not exactly the most exciting surface to ski on. I'd say in, but there's only been about 1cm of accumulation so far. It's a gloomy day out there, too, with a pretty thick fog covering the hill.
Sometimes in these conditions it's actually sunny above the ski area, with unkai, a sea of clouds down below. Can't tell from here, of course, and I just wanted to add something more positive than gray and gloom.
Not that we're gloomy, of course, living in a place like this! Snow! Skiing!
