Snowfall at base this season 996cm
Posted on Monday 27th February 2023 This is an archived report. The latest Myoko Now report can be found here.
The snow has stopped, with very little added overnight, and the sun is getting ready to come out today. It's already pretty clear to the north around Lotte Arai Resort, but a big shadow of clouds is still hanging around Mt. Myoko. This is supposed to break up through the day, but it's also nice in that it will keep the snow shaded and cool and fresh for a little longer.
Warmer weather is ahead, then maybe some snow again around Thursday. March may be just about here, but it's not spring yet!
