Another late day today as we clean up after the snow. Or during it, really; we keep getting some blue skies and a moment of brightness, and then it gets dark again and the snow starts falling.
A few flashes of lightning last night, a local sign of heavy snows coming, but in the end there wasn't that much overnight. Pretty good winds very early this morning, so once again the totals have a little bit of a question mark behind them. Looks like we could even get a lot for the rest of the day, then a short break, but the heavy stuff may be back again before we know it! Personally, I'm looking forward to some sleep, some muscle rubs....
And Akakan hits three meters! I don't think we ever saw that last year.
