Lots of snow once again.
It was really coming down hard through the night; this morning, too, it's falling so hard it looks like fog. And it keeps on coming.
Should be a great day out there, and the slopes have been really empty, so the adventurous can enjoy some powder skiing on the slopes. A better idea than going offpiste for awhile, really. It's going to be a hard slog to climb in this much snow, and the risk of loose snow sluffs is very high. I've written it before, but deep, loose snow like this can be dangerous especially for boarders; get upside down in it and you can be in real danger. At the very least, it can be torture to try and get back up, or find a lost ski, etc. Maybe just wait a bit for it to settle, and then absolutely go out in the powder!
