New snowfall at base 3cm
Snowfall at base this season 697cm

Sunny and cold after the big dump. After a big snow like that it almost seems like there's no more moisture left in the air to make clouds. Of which there are only a few right now.

It was really cold for Myoko, too; the outside thermometer read -9° earlier, but the sun is supposed to warm things up considerably during the day.

I hope it stays cold enough that the snow conditions remain good; OK, let's stick our collective neck out and predict that it will be a great day for getting out in the sun and sliding on great cold snow.
