Snow clouds moved in yesterday after that fine start and we have fresh snow to play in this morning.
Snowfall since yesterday ranking time:
Tsugaike: 20cm
Hakuba Cortina: 20cm
Hakuba 47: 10-15cm
Hakuba Goryu: 10cm
Happo-one: 10cm (Riesen)
It is a largely cloudy but wind is noticeable and it is affecting some lifts (you guessed it... at Happo-one). I really hope the new gondola they have planned will be more weather-resistant.
We expect clearer skies as the day progresses - indeed that seems to have started as it is quite bright now - and perhaps tomorrow too; then back to some more fresh snowfall on Wednesday.
