Independent snow and weather reporting from the Hakuba region of Nagano

New snowfall at base 1cm
Snowfall at base this season 16cm

Posted on Saturday 25th November 2023 This is an archived report. The latest Hakuba Now report can be found here.

Well, it's colder but I can't help but be somewhat disappointed this morning. There is just a dusting of snow to report at base and clear roads.

Not to fear. Wednesday/Thursday is the next snow event to look forward to and hopefully one that will produce much better results!

As I write this there is still a lot of cloud around but the sun is peeking through in places too and I can see some blue sky. It might be clearing up.

Sunshine and clear skies forecast for tomorrow and Monday.

Anyway, have a nice weekend!
