Morning.
We did get some rain last night. Early morning today there was some fog, but there are hints of blue sky behind the clouds now. Perhaps changeable conditions today with a chance of rain again.
The official snow depth numbers have not changed for at least a few days now. That seems unlikely given the warm conditions of late, but there is still a lot of snow around.
Courses & lifts:
The Number 1 gondola and Number 1 pair lifts plan to be operating for this last section of the season.
The majority of the ski area remains (at least part) open.
Daily checks are being made on opening to decide on what courses and tree runs are open each day.
The Summit, Beech and Stream tree run courses should be open.
Official snow depth (as reported by the ski area):
Upper: 320cm
Lower: 180cm
Total accumulated snowfall (as reported by the ski area):
2657cm
Spring season
It is now officially spring season with cheaper lift tickets.
Geto Kogen plans to be open until 8th May.
