We have awoken to a cracker of a day. There has been plenty of wow factor with the great snowfalls that have been received recently, and today rather than a pow WOW, it is a weather WOW. The skies are crystal clear deep blue with not a cloud in sight over the resort. With -21c recorded at the top of the resort this morning, and a not much warmer -19c at base, you may just be feeling a bit chilly even if you are bathing in the full rays of the morning sunshine.
Snow wise there is not much exciting to report with only a dusting of a couple of centimetres at base. All main trails have been nicely groomed overnight and the ungroomed areas, although all tracked, have great amounts of powder in them from the last few days.
Wrap up warm and enjoy!
