If yesterday was good today is even better with a nice fresh layer of powder on the upper mountain. The runs have been nicely groomed but there are some nice pow stashes to the sides. It was snowing heavily at village level early morning but the snow has stopped for now. On the upper mountain it is still snowing lightly. Temperatures should gradually lower during the day.

Furano Ropeway is open 8:30-14:40 for access to the upper mountain and the skiable lift is Furano Romance lift 2 open 8:45-15:00. At the moment the skiing is restricted to the upper mountain and to return to base it is necessary to use Furano Ropeway.
