We are back to wintery conditions with -16c recorded at the top of the resort this morning. Skies are clear and very blue affording great views across the valley to Tochachidake. There is 4c of fresh snow in the village and the groomers are looking particularly inviting as the corduroy sparkles in the sun.
Light snow is forecast to fall continuously for the next few days with moderate falls on Thursday night and Sunday night. Temperatures will remain similar over the next few days meaning any snow that falls should be very light powder.
Best to get out any enjoy the sunny conditions as cloud is likely to roll over the tops later in the morning.
