It is snowing very lightly and there is a fresh 5cm of accumulation on the ground since the report yesterday. The snow will continue throughout the day. It is a cold start, currently -10c, and the high temperature will be -4c later in the day.
The opening of the Kitanomine Zone should be soon as they have put groomers over some of the slopes and are setting up fencing around lifts at the base area.
