It looks like the warm weather has passed and we are back into the cold winter. Yesterday there was some light snowfall that amounted to 4cm. Today is cloudy and probably there will be no snow during the day, but Friday should bring in more of the white stuff. The lower slopes of Kitanomine were looking very patchy yesterday morning, a victim of the warm weather. Signage and fencing has been erected for the Kitanomine quad lift and I would take this as a sign that opening is very close.
