Posted on Wednesday 17th February 2021 This is an archived report. The latest Furano Now report can be found here.

Furano received a storm front yesterday that lasted through until evening. That has now passed and today is fine weather.

It is mainly clear above and the morning sun is just starting to hit the resort. The strong winds of yesterday have gone, and all is calm.

The snow received through yesterday was wet, so expect heavy snow conditions on the mountain.

The resort is advising some lift operations may vary from normal today and it is best to check with the resort for the latest information.
