My Mother is rubbing it in! (snowfall in NZ)

So I get a email this morning from my mum titled Mt Hutt - "check out the web site today 40 cm of snow overnight"

40cm of fresh, is my mother rubbing it in that its finally dumping over there while still scorching over here?
