woywoy 0 Posted February 10, 2004 Share Posted February 10, 2004 There is this middle-aged guy at work, about 45, who has worked at the company for 20 years and for some reason recently announced his resignation. This was announced at the new shacho's "Kangeikai" and so the "Kangeikai" became a "Sobetsukai" as well. This guy is having a tough time adjusting to the changes we are experiencing at the moment and it seems that was the reason he decided to resign. However, since resigning he has been at work everyday. He received flowers last friday after he stayed a week extra to finish off some unfinished business but is back again today ... what is the deal? Surely if you quit you quit.
