markramina 0 Posted July 13, 2005 Share Posted July 13, 2005 do you speak fluent japanese? ive never been there in the winter but i was in hakuba last summer and the place was dead it might pick up in the winter but it looked like there were a lot of places that were built for the olympics then everything went back to normal and the places are barely/rarely used and starting to appear run down. maybe try visiting and walking around asking people?
