I have been travelling back and forth from Australia a fair bit recently, and have also been staying at Citadine...... staff are great , close to station, reasonably priced.

Is Hatchimantai definitely closed ?????? If so any other suggestions in the area for smething similar would be great.

I take it as a supplement daily, a knee surgeon recommended it to a mate of mine, who did his knee in while playing tennis.

sava, don't know about any studies, but I use the stuff, and it works for me, give it a try and see how it goes, or try doing a google for some studies.

Try a supplement called Glucosamine, all natural and works a treat for joints.

Has anyone here been to Gulmarg? I have scoped some websites and talked to the Aussie guy who has set up a guiding service there, but was curious to hear anyone else's feedback, I am going there in Jan.

I am interested in trying to buy a lodge in the Hakuba area, my wife has recently let me go and ski for 4months of the year,so I thought why not try and buy a lodge. ANY feedback would be most welcome.

Yeah, it was great a few years ago, but went back in Jan and couldn't believe the amount of aussies, it has lost a lot of the appeal for me, and after digging around a bit, I have turned up a few gems, that I think I will check out this coming Jan/Feb. I didn't realise the number of resorts that are all fairly close together,and don't worry guys,i won't be telling anyone.

Ok guys ,I have done Niseko a few times, but was totally blown away by all of the aussies there last season, and while the terrain is passable, it's the pow that scores the points. I have been told by a couple of people that Niseko is special set up , and that most other resorts don't get the same quality (and quantity)as Niseko ??????? After seeing a few pics posted by fattwins and others, I am begining to think that this may be a bit of an urban myth? Any feedback guys?
