SnowJapan Admin SnowJapan 178 Posted December 15, 2023 SnowJapan Admin Share Posted December 15, 2023 Official snow depth data daily updates For the 2023-2024 season, we are reporting daily snow depth data for over 350 ski areas nationwide.... 35+ more than last year. The data is the official snow depth numbers that ski areas themselves publish. Important: Each ski area chooses where they take their measurements. (In some places) we display how the current number has changed (+/-) since the previous update. The data for all the ski areas is updated all at once, once a day. There may be slight delays, but usually no more than one day. SnowJapan does not have direct control of this data. Data will begin to appear after ski areas begin reporting the data. While there are no more daily updates, the full data for the 2023-2024 season, along with archive data from previous years (where available), can still be seen on various pages within SnowJapan.
