It brings together some information from various areas on the old site and introduces a lot of brand new content for 2022. Here is a quick introduction to the section: Introduction to skiing in Japan REWRITTEN & EXPANDED https://www.snowjapan.com/guides/introduction-to-skiing-in-japan/ Our 11-page introduction to skiing and snowboarding in Japan has been completely rewritten, significantly expanded with more in-depth information, and brought up to date. We will update it every year in the autumn months. The Japan skiing experience NEW https://www.snowjapan.com/guides/the-japan-skiing-experience/ This new 8-page section introduces various aspects of Japan's skiing and snowboarding experience. Travel guides REWRITTEN & EXPANDED https://www.snowjapan.com/guides/travel-guides/ Our Travel section is a work in progress. As of spring 2022, our general travel guides and an in-depth guide to Yuzawa (Niigata Prefecture) are available. The region-specific travel guides on the old site were, in some cases, getting a bit out of date. We are currently in the process of carefully checking, updating and expanding our information. New region-specific travel guides will gradually re-appear in the coming months/years. Introducing the prefectures NEW https://www.snowjapan.com/guides/the-prefectures-of-japan/ These new pages introduce all of the prefectures of Japan that are home to ski areas and include information, statistics, maps and links to all relevant information within SnowJapan. Japan's ski areas in graphs NEW https://www.snowjapan.com/guides/graphs/ This new section introduces a new way to discover and learn about Japanese ski areas in 50 interactive graphs and charts. Old ski areas from Japan's past NEW https://www.snowjapan.com/guides/old-ski-areas-from-japans-past This new section introduces information on old ski areas from Japan's past (as presented on the www.snowjapanhistory.com website).
