dane 0
Yo everyone, just wondering if anybody on the board has experience skiing Fuji. I read an article on this site about doing it during June, and some other info said that late april-may were generally the safest seasons to go in. Unfortunately I can't wait that long, so I was thinking about going in Decemeber, because at least it is before the coldest part of winter. I just don't know if there is enough snow to ski safely or if there is TOO much snow so that avalanches are a possibility. So does anyone know about the conditions (weather and ground) of Fuji in December? Thanks, Dan

dane 0
http://www.city.fuji.shizuoka.jp/index2.htm Check out the webcams -- I'd say were good to go snow-wise. The only question is avalanches. Anybody interested in skiing Fuji together? Dan
