jared 0 Posted December 16, 2002 Share Posted December 16, 2002 from Kitakami shinkansen station there is a subsidised bus that will cost you 200yen that will take you to geto (40mins) I assume but dont know that there are plenty of busses from Morioka station to resorts like Appi, Shizakuishi, Hachimantai etc..or there might be another train that will take you closer.
